우리 교회 Vision은 all nation, all generation, all language 입니다. 모든민족, 모든세대, 모든언어가 모여 예배하고 그 예배의 능력으로 다음세대를 일으켜 다음세대와 함께 한 민족 구원하여 주님 오실길 예비하는 것입니다.
이런 비전속에 일찍이 Em(English ministry)을 개척하였습니다. 그런데 이제까지는 em이 youth를 졸업한 college 중심이었는데 올 여름부터 가정들이 등록 하더니 이제는 em내에 주일학교와 영유부 아이들이 생겼습니다. 아직은 많은 숫자의 아이들은 아니지만 em의 성장을 통해 주일학교와 영유아부가 계속 늘어나면서 이 아이들의 신앙교육을 고민하게 되었습니다. 그래서 이제까지 youth를 도와주던 Alex간사를 초등부전도사님으로, 권성희(Sara Choe)간사님을 영유아부 담당 전도사님으로 임명한후 다음주일부터 주일학교와 영유아부예배를 2부로 드리기로 했습니다. 주일학교 1부(오전10시 30분)예배는 부모님이 km예배에 나오는 자녀들 중심으로 드리고, 주일학교 2부(오후1:00) 예배는 부모님이 Em예배를 드리는 자녀 중심으로 드릴 예정입니다. 그리고 12시부터 1시까지는 어린이 성경공부반을 만들어 1부 예배를 드리는 아이들과 2부예배를 드리는 아이들이 함께 성경공부 하면서 교제 하도록 하려고 합니다. 매주일 2부예배후 하자라함대(젊은 부부) 성경공부가 있는데, 부모님이 성경공부 하는시간에 아이들이 자기들끼리만 노는 모습을 보며 안전을 걱정했는데 주일학교 개편을 통해 이 문제도 해결될것 같습니다.
한국에 가면 주일학교로 유명한 꽃동산 교회가 있습니다. 이 교회는 30년전에 교회 개척할때부터 장년이 아니라 주일학교 중심으로 시작하였는데 이제는 아프리카, 동남아에 학교, 유치원, 교회를 설립해 전 세계적으로 다음세대를 세우는 교회입니다. 이교회의 담임 목사님이신 김종준목사님은 "모든교회가 다음세대 교육에 매진할때만이 한국교회의 미래가 있다"고 강조하면서 "50살 어른에게 복음을 전하면 영혼은 구원시키지만 10살먹은 어린이를 전도하면 영혼구원 뿐만아니라 일생을 구원할수 있다"며 주일학교 교육을 강조하고 있습니다.
주일학교를 개편하면서 이 개편의 목적이 우리 어른들이 편하게 예배드리고, 성경공부하도록 아이들을 care하는 차원의 주일학교가 아니라 우리교회의 10년, 20년후 미래를 준비하는 마음으로 주일학교를 바라보았으면 합니다. 그러기에 다음세대 교육을 전도사님들과 교사들에게만 맡기지 말고 모두가 끊없는 중보기도와 관심을 갖어 주시되 특별히 주일학교 전도사님들과 교사선생님들이 babysitter라는 생각이 들지 않도록 격려를 부탁합니다. Alex전도사님과 Sara choe전도사님을 바라볼때 하나님께서 우리교회의 미래를 위해 하나님이 세우신 비밀병기라 여기고 감사할수 있기를 부탁합니다.

In this vision, we pioneered Em (English ministry) early on. But so far, em has been focusing on the college where em graduated from youth, but since this summer, families have registered, and now there are Sunday school and young married children within em. Although it is not a large number of children yet, through the growth of em, Sunday School and the number of infants and toddlers continue to increase, so I have been thinking about the religious education of these children. So, after appointing Alex, who has been helping the youth, as the elementary school evangelist, and Sara Choe as the evangelist in charge of infants and toddlers, we decided to hold Sunday School and infant worship services in two parts starting next week. The first Sunday School service (10:30 am) will be centered on the children whose parents attend the km service, and the second Sunday School service (1:00 pm) will be centered on the children whose parents attend the Em service. And from 12 pm to 1 pm, we are going to create a children's Bible study class so that the children who attend the 1st worship service and the 2nd worship children can study the Bible together and have fellowship. There is a Bible study for the Hazara Fleet (young couple) after the 2nd service every week. Parents were concerned about the safety of their children as they watched their children play on their own during Bible study time.
In Korea, there is Kkottongsan Church, famous for its Sunday School. Since the church was planted 30 years ago, this church started centered on Sunday school rather than adults. Now, it is a church that raises the next generation around the world by establishing schools, kindergartens, and churches in Africa and Southeast Asia. Pastor Jong-Jun Kim, the senior pastor of this church, emphasized, "The future of the Korean church is only when all churches focus on educating the next generation." He emphasized, "Preaching the gospel to 50-year-olds saves souls, but evangelizing 10-year-old children. Not only can you save souls, but you can also save your whole life.” He emphasized Sunday school education. While reorganizing the Sunday School, I hope that the purpose of this reorganization is not to take care of children so that adults can worship and study the Bible, but look at the Sunday School with a heart to prepare for the future of our church 10 or 20 years from now. do. Therefore, don't entrust the education of the next generation to only the evangelists and teachers, but give everyone constant intercession and interest, but especially, I ask for encouragement so that the Sunday School evangelists and teachers do not think they are babysitters. When we look at Evangelist Alex and Evangelist Sara choe, I hope that God will appreciate them as they are the secret weapons that God has established for the future of our church.
